Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and execute purchase and lease agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
- Manage transactions from initial engagement through closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors.

- Active Real Estate License (required)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
